STEPS OF THE TRANSACTION
STEP 1: INITIATING THE PURCHASE PROCESS
- Browse our online shop and explore available vehicles in detail. Once you’ve made your choice, click ‘Send a Message.’
- After receiving your details, one of our agents will contact you via phone or email to confirm the transaction and finalize the details. Our team speaks English, Spanish, and other languages to assist you.
- After confirmation, we will send all the necessary documents to the buyer via email.
STEP 2: PAYMENT
The buyer receives all necessary documents, including the purchase contract and invoice. Payment is made using the buyer’s preferred method and transferred into a secure escrow account until final delivery.Due to past incidents where buyers have swapped auto parts, tampered with vehicles, or failed to accept deliveries, the transaction amount is temporarily held in a neutral Transaction Manager account for security purposes.
At the end of the trial period, the payment is released to the seller or refunded to the buyer, depending on their decision.
This is not an advance payment! It is a security guarantee ensuring the buyer receives the car as promised and that it is not misused or damaged during the trial period.

STEP 3: DELIVERY TO BUYER’S ADDRESS
- Once payment is confirmed and secured (max. 12 hours), we begin the delivery process. Delivery takes 5 to 14 days, depending on the buyer’s location.
- Our company handles transportation using our trucks, and a company representative personally delivers the vehicle.
- Upon delivery, the buyer receives both keys and a full set of documents required for registration.
STEP 4: TEST PERIOD (14 DAYS).
- The buyer has 14 days to inspect and test the vehicle.
- If the car meets expectations, the buyer can confirm the purchase and complete the sale.If the buyer is not satisfied, they can reject the vehicle without any financial commitment.
Vehicle Return Process:
If the buyer finds the car is not as described, has defects, or does not meet their expectations, they can refuse the agreement.
- A Vehicle Return Contract is signed, and our company arranges for the car to be picked up.
- The full amount is refunded via express transfer within 6 hours of the car being collected.
- Warranty applies to the engine and transmission, including all parts.
